SWRX Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SWRX. As many of our products are produced specifically after an order is placed, please allow time for both production and delivery.

Order Processing & Production

Once your order has been placed, it will be sent for production.

Most orders require approximately 2–7 business days for production before they are shipped.

Production times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, holidays or due to circumstances outside our control.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping service available for your order.

Estimated delivery times will normally be shown at checkout where available.

Please remember that:

Production time + shipping time = estimated total delivery time.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we specifically state otherwise.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

The cost may vary depending on:

Your delivery location
The products ordered
The number of items in your order
The fulfilment location
The shipping method available

You will always be able to review the applicable shipping charge before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time after receiving your tracking information for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Multiple Items

Some SWRX products may be produced by different fulfilment facilities.

If you order multiple products, your order may therefore arrive in more than one package and on different days.

Where applicable, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your delivery information is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to update your delivery information before the order enters production or is shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.

Additional shipping costs may apply if an order has to be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.

Delayed Orders

Occasionally, orders may be delayed because of carrier disruption, high demand, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate the shipment.

Lost Packages

If you believe your order has been lost during delivery, please contact us.

We will investigate the shipment with our fulfilment and delivery partners.

Where a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with your consumer rights, which may include a replacement or refund.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If your tracking information says your package has been delivered but you cannot find it, please first check:

Around your property and any designated safe place
With other members of your household
With neighbours
Any delivery photograph or information provided by the carrier

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us and we will help investigate.

International Orders

International shipping availability will be shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes or other charges depending on the destination country.

Where applicable, these charges may be the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

International deliveries may also take longer due to customs processing.

Changes & Cancellations

Orders are sent for production quickly.

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once production has begun.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
